I'm not entirely sure why, but I really enjoy Star Wars characters as... [fill in the blank]... art. There's something about the ubiquity and recognizeability of these characters that lends them brilliantly to this kind of humorous homage. Here's a really cool set that I found at Geek Tyrant that has the characters as 80s high school students. Watch out for imperial entanglements on the BMX track!
