When the Creature Caster Kickstarter launched I wouldn't be surprised if I wasn't the only person to say "eh, where did the cool Nurgle-style Great Unclean One-type demon go to?" There was some info in the YouTube videos about changes to some models and it was probably explained somewhere why this model wasn't going to be part of the campaign. Frankly, I was disappointed, as it was the only model that interested me. Now we have a new rotten chap to tempt us in the shape of the Maggot Demon. There are scant details beyond the below picture, so I'm holding fire at the moment to see if we get any better views before I commit any cash.
Hey there, the original campaign start date was cancelled when they recieved the quotes for casting the Nurgle style demon. In the video they released explaining why they were delayign things he stated that the model would have to be offered at almost twice any other model so they wanted to revisit it at a later date (likely when they have money and the models high price tag will be less of a risk).

Worth noting that they are running lots of google hangouts etc and want to work with the community on these "in progress" sculpts. Lots of suggestions that it will be closer to the original sketches for this guy then the render in your post.
Ah I see, well that makes some kind of logical sense, even if it means we don't get to see that model for a while. Thanks for the helpful comment.
